RATES:
- $47 per night (November - September)
- $50 per night (October)
- $280 weekly

- Premium sites are for seasonal guests only during the months of April - October 50 amp, water, and sewer included.
- Standard sites require a 2-night booking minimum and a 3-night booking minimum for holiday weekends
- Same-day bookings must be approved
- The Outpost Site is a full hook-up site that includes the exclusive use of the adjacent pavilion. This is the perfect spot for birthday or family gatherings or a great site for a rainy weekend.
- Site C1 is a beautiful site at the top of the campground. You'll enjoy a concrete patio right outside the door of your RV. This full hookup site also has a picnic table and fire pit. Note: This site requires a long back on a gravel incline for longer units. We are always happy to assist you or back your unit for you.
- Site C2 is a full hook-up, 50amp spacious site with a concrete patio, deck, picnic table, and fire ring. This site does require backing up a gravel hill about 80 yards. We are always glad to assist you in placing your unit.
- Site C3 is a wonderful site for narrow units (Driver's side slides are fine, but passenger side slides can cramp the walkway.). This site has great views from the wooden deck. The fire pit area is located up the steps above the site. It does require some skill to back in, but we are always glad to assist.
- Site C4 is our favorite site and the one that made us fall in love with the campground! This full hook-up, 50amp site has a concrete patio, wooden deck with a picnic table, fire ring, and wonderful mountain views. It does require backing up a gravel hill for a short distance, but we are always willing to help you place your unit in the site
- Site C5 is a wonderful, full hook-up, 50amp site that has a concrete patio, wooden deck with a picnic table, fire ring, and wonderful mountain views. It does require backing up a gravel hill for a short distance, but we are always willing to help you place your unit in the site.
- Site D7 is a full hook-up, the 50-amp site with a great mountain view. The Leyland cypress trees line the rear/side of the site and there is ample room in the front that is perfect for our furry guests. This is a pull-in site for larger units. Tow vehicles can be disconnected and driven out the front of the site, but the large units and trailers have to back out of the site to exit.
- Site D8 is a full hook-up, 50 amp site with great mountain and trout pond views. The site has ample room in the front that is perfect for your furry guests. This is a pull-in site for larger units. Tow vehicles can be disconnected and driven out the front of the site, but the large units and trailers have to back out of the site to exit.
- Site D9 is a Full Hook-up 50/30/20 pull-in site that accommodates motorhomes and truck campers. This site offers mountain and trout pond views.
- Site D10 is a 50 amp full hook-up site that is only available to rent in conjunction with our Pondside cabin. This site can accommodate a camper van or class C motorhome under 28'. You must call to confirm the booking for this site. **SITE CAN ONLY BE RENTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR PONDSIDE CABIN.
- Site A5 is a great full hook-up site for large units. An easy in-and-out, a back-in site that features a nice, private fire pit at the rear of the site. The creek can be heard behind the site as well as the pond fountain across from it. This site is a 50/20 amp site, so bring a 50x30 amp adapter if needed. The water connection is located at the front of the site, so a longer hose may be required.
- Site C6 is a wonderful site for narrow units( without slides or small slides). This site has great views with no other sites directly in front. It has a wooden deck and is a full hook-up campsite. It does require some skill to back in, but we are always glad to assist.
- Site C7 is our only pull-thru site. It's a 30amp, full hook-up site with a wooden deck, picnic table, and fire pit area. It is convenient to the playground and is very easy in and out site.
- Site C9 is one of our most requested sites, this 30amp, full hook-up site has wonderful mountain views. It has a picnic table and a fire ring for your enjoyment.
- Site C10 is perched on a knoll overlooking our wildflower beds, this 30amp, full hook-up site offers a picnic table, fire ring, and beautiful mountain views.
- Site D1 is a 30amp, full hook-up site that is surrounded by the apple trees in the orchard. A picnic table and fire ring are included.
- Site D2 is a full hook-up, 30amp site that backs up to the apple orchard. This site is convenient to the trout pond and has a picnic table and fire ring.
- Site D3 is a full hook-up, 30amp site that backs up to the apple orchard. This site is convenient to the trout pond and has a picnic table and fire ring.
- Site D4 is a full hook-up 30amp site near our apple orchard. This site has a nice mountain view, picnic table, and fire ring.
- Site D5 is a nice and wide, 30amp, full hook-up site that is easy in and out and backs up to our apple orchard. It is convenient to one of our small bathhouses and laundry facility and is a short walk up the hill to the playground. This site has a picnic table and a fire ring with a nice mountain view.
